Mark Hunter Klein is the son of Robert & Julie Klein of Cental City, Louisiana (which is right outside Baton Rouge).  He is a blonde-haired, blue-eyed, ten year old that has been performing since the age of 2.  His baby sister Ashleigh is one of his biggest fans. Mark loves to sing, dance, and entertain. From a very young age he has always enjoyed all types of music. His passion is the numerous types of high energy, feel good music, that get his heart pumping and crowds cheering.  While his roots are in country and bluegrass music, he enjoys performing all varieties of music--especially Louisiana Swamp Pop and Blue Eyed Soul.

Mark began modeling at a very young age, doing print work, commercials and pageants. He has won over 40 local, state, and national titles.  When Mark was 3 he began voice lessons and leaned toward music.

In between his busy performance schedule, he enjoys many other hobbies.  He loves baseball, basketball, football, fishing, hunting, and Karate.  In December of 2000 after recovering from a broken leg, Mark received his black belt in TaeKwondo.  We attribute Karate to instilling the Tenant of Perseverance, which helps Mark succeed in just about everything he attempts.

His major influences are: Johnnie Allen, Joe Barry, The Fabulous Boogie Kings, Don Rich, T.K. Hulin, The Treater Band, Morgan Blanchard, Elvis, Bill Monroe, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Toby Keith, Grandpa Jones, The Osborne Brothers, Charlie Daniels, Neil McCoy and most of all Our Savior Jesus Christ.

Mark is an active member of the American Kids, Inc. out of Branson Missouri.  Their slogan is "America’s Little League of Entertainers!"  He signed up with this organization at age 5 and started to perform with the Louisiana Kids under the direction of the LA State Directors Mike Hymel and Ted Bergeron.  These wonderful directors gave Mark the opportunity to perform at nearly every event in the state and allowed for Mark to become the entertainer that he is today.  The Louisiana Kids perform at hundreds of fairs, festivals, charity fund-raisers, and most important of all nursing homes and assisted living facilities year round. We recommend that every young entertainer experience the American Kids organization. It is a positive experience that has brought out the best in Mark.  They are our extended family!

Mark continues to perform and further his music skills, working with a wonderful vocal/performance teacher named Bob Westbrook.  Mark's dream is to one day perform at the Grand Ole Opry.
